We had left over flank steak tonight. To go with the steak, we stir-fried green beans. We heated olive oil in a stainless steel saute pan on high heat, added diced garlic for about 30 seconds, and then added the green beans with some salt and pepper. The beans were fresh and cut into 2-3 inch pieces. Ben is the master "tosser" in our house when it comes to shaking up a pan's contents without sending the food all over the place. He kept tossing the beans until they were a bit charred and slightly softened. They were still pretty crunchy, but very yummy.
