Katie and I made Lemon and Herb Whole Wheat Chicken Helper for our dinner. Well, I made it and Katie observed. She wants to "see" everything I am doing when I am cooking. When I am patient enough and when I remember, I show her what I am doing each step of the way. Ben flew to Huntsville, Alabama, this morning for work, so it was just the two of us tonight.
