Tonight, I was in the mood for Ben's left over steak. I was a bit worried that reheating it would make it tough, but it ended up being really tender! In addition to the steak, I fixed a box of Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice, Original Seasoning, and corn. Katie didn't each much of the steak, but she did gobble down the rice and corn. I don't think I have fixed that variety of rice before. It was really good.
